The Freeze Bowl is generally frozen between 16 and 24 hours. To determine if it is completely frozen, simply shake the bowl - if you don't hear the liquid moving, the cooling liquid is frozen. Ensure your freezer is set to 0°F to properly freeze all foods.

The Dasher unit should be completely frozen before use. If it has been churning for too long and won't move, turn off the power and wait for the ice cream liquid to melt.
